Louis
Starting my own business was the best thing I’ve ever done. Having the freedom to
work with great people and knowing that everything you put in is what you’ll get out is a
feeling like no other.
The satisfaction we get after knowing we’ve left a place much better
than how we found it is the most rewarding part of owning a commercial cleaning business.
We have big plans for Starline in 2025 and I can’t wait to see what other businesses we can
help with their cleaning this year. It’s going to be a good one, stay tuned!

Treating clients like family is how we started, and this Is how we will grow.
When I’m
cleaning, I love the small details – the ones people might not notice right away, but they feel
the difference. I love that we’re not just ticking boxes. We’re building relationships with
businesses across Cardiff and leaving every space a little better than we found it.

I love that we clean Cardiff’s most exciting businesses and get to see the impact they
have on the community, it’s certainly a rewarding experience! Finally, it’s a team effort.

There’s nothing better than stepping back after a job and seeing everything looking
spotless. I take a lot of pride in making sure every space I work on isn’t just clean but feels
fresh and organized. It’s a great feeling knowing clients will walk in and notice the difference.
What I love most about working at Starline is the team – we all look out for each other and
